General information about the CDC Vouchers Scheme
What is the CDC Vouchers Scheme 2026 (January)?
Each Singaporean household can claim $300 in CDC Vouchers digitally at go.gov.sg/cdcv.
The CDC Vouchers Scheme 2026 (January) was announced by Prime Minister Mr Lawrence Wong during Budget 2025. It aims to provide additional support for Singaporean households to tackle cost pressures.
The value of the $300 CDC Vouchers 2026 (January) will be allocated equally (i.e. $150 each) to be spent at participating heartland merchants and hawkers, and at participating supermarkets. Singaporean households have until 31 December 2026 to claim and spend their CDC Vouchers 2026 (January).
Claiming of CDC Vouchers
How do I claim or retrieve my household’s CDC Vouchers? Do I need to re-claim the vouchers?

You can refer to the step-by-step infographics on the website on how to claim and spend the CDC Vouchers.
What do I need to claim the vouchers?
You will require a valid Singpass account and smartphone to log in and claim your vouchers. Singpass is needed to verify your identity for voucher claims on behalf of your household.
Please refer to the step-by-step infographics on how to claim your household’s CDC vouchers on vouchers.cdc.gov.sg.
What should the Sender ID of the CDC Vouchers link be? Is it gov.sg or RedeemSG?
From 1 July 2024, the Singapore government has launched a new security measure - gov.sg, a single SMS Sender ID to be used across government agencies. This whole-of-government effort to transition to a single SMS Sender ID will make it easier for the public to verify authentic government communications, with greater confidence and accuracy. Moving forward, the public can expect SMSes from government agencies to come from the gov.sg SMS Sender ID, and not from individual government agencies' Sender IDs. PA/CDC aligns with this national effort to help residents access and respond to legitimate communications from the government, such as the CDC Vouchers Scheme.
I encountered problems with accessing my Singpass account, or I have forgotten my Singpass password. What can I do?
If you have forgotten your Singpass password, you may reset your password online by following these steps: go.gov.sg/singpass-password-reset-guide.
If you require further assistance with your Singpass account, please submit a request at go.gov.sg/singpass-feedback-issue or call the Singpass Helpdesk at 6335 3533.

If you have other questions, please refer to the following link for a list of Frequently Asked Questions on Singpass: ask.gov.sg/singpass.
What if I submitted the wrong mobile number?
When you sign up for your vouchers, a One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the mobile number you have keyed in for verification, to ensure vouchers will not be sent to the wrong mobile number. If you had keyed in the wrong mobile number, you will not receive the One Time Password and you can return to the previous page to key in your mobile number again.
I was not prompted to key in an OTP after keying in my mobile number. Why is this so?
Once you have keyed in your mobile number, RedeemSG will verify this number against the mobile number listed in your Singpass. If the mobile number matches your Singpass records, you will not be prompted to key in an OTP.
I was prompted to key in an OTP, but did not receive the OTP or voucher link SMS. What should I do?
How can I verify that the SMS link I received is a legitimate link?
The SMS is identifiable by the sender named “Gov.sg”. The voucher link should also start with the prefix https://voucher.redeem.gov.sg. Do not trust voucher links starting with other prefixes.
Please be careful to only use the official links and QR code (go.gov.sg/cdcv) to claim your vouchers. Gov.sg will only send you an SMS with your unique voucher link after you claim your vouchers at go.gov.sg/cdcv and will never send SMSes requiring your personal or banking details.
If you detect any suspicious messages relating to RedeemSG or Gov.sg or CDC vouchers, please contact PA at 6225 5322, or submit the information online at www.police.gov.sg/iwitness or call 1800 2555 0000 to make a police report.
What happens if I accidentally delete the SMS with the voucher link?
To retrieve your existing voucher link for your CDC Vouchers, please visit go.gov.sg/cdcv and log in with Singpass again. A SMS with your existing voucher link will be sent to you.
I do not have a mobile phone / digital device. What should I do?
Please seek help from your family members for assistance to claim the vouchers.
If you are unable to seek help, you can approach the nearest Community Centre/Club (CC) for assistance to print the vouchers. Please bring along your Identification Card (IC), and ensure that you have a valid Singpass account.
You may locate your CC at www.onepa.gov.sg/cc.
Can I ask a non-household member to claim my vouchers on behalf of my household?
Yes, you may authorise a non-household member to claim your household vouchers. He or she should bring along a completed Authorisation Form, and the necessary supporting documents (specified in the authorisation form) to the Community Centre/Club (CC).
What happens if I accidentally misplaced my printed vouchers?
Any misplaced printed vouchers may be used by anyone who finds them. You may request for a re-print of your remaining vouchers at the CCs. However, a new set of CDC vouchers will not be issued. Recipients are advised to exercise personal responsibility in safekeeping their vouchers as they are equivalent to cash.
Please note that the vouchers are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable.
I tried to claim my vouchers, but the website informs me that someone else in my household has already claimed the vouchers. What should I do next?
If someone else has claimed the vouchers, the page will display the name of the family member who has claimed the vouchers on behalf of the household, as shown below, after you have logged in with Singpass. You may wish to check with that household member.
Should the individual belong to another household staying at the same address, please visit your nearest CC to apply for the CDC Vouchers before 15 December 2026. Please bring along the following supporting documents:
Your NRIC (physical / digital), and
Any one of the relevant documents to show proof of household e.g. proof of previous overseas employment / proof of overseas address / tenancy agreement / proof of new resident e.g. taking/handing over keys
Why are notification letters not issued for this tranche of CDC Vouchers?
After multiple tranches of CDC Vouchers Scheme, residents are familiar with the claim and spend process of CDC Vouchers, making hardcopy notification letter as reminder less necessary. As such, as part of CDCs’ commitment towards environmental sustainability, it was decided not to issue any hardcopy letters since CDC Vouchers 2025 (May). Information on CDC Vouchers will be announced through official channels (such as the CDC Vouchers Scheme website, HDB Digital Display Panels, noticeboards at CCs) and media outlets. For assistance, residents can approach any of their Community Centres/Clubs during their opening hours.
Spending your CDC Vouchers
How do I spend the vouchers? Do I need to download a mobile application to scan the merchant QR code to make payment?
There is no need for residents to download any mobile application. Simply claim your vouchers at go.gov.sg/cdcv. The voucher link will be sent to your verified mobile number. You can then use the vouchers by presenting the QR code at participating hawkers, heartland merchants, and supermarkets.
How do I verify that the merchant has successfully deducted my vouchers?
Merchants will receive a transaction successful confirmation on either their RedeemSG Merchant mobile application or Point-of-Sales interface. At the same time, your QR code will be updated to “Redeemed” along with the merchant’s name and time of transaction. If you have exited that page, you can view your transaction history on the main vouchers page instead. All spent vouchers will no longer be clickable and will be marked as redeemed.
Am I able to use the CDC vouchers across all districts beyond my residential constituency?
Yes, the CDC vouchers can be used at all participating heartland merchants, hawkers and supermarkets island wide. You can visit go.gov.sg/cdcvouchers to find out where to spend your CDC Vouchers.
You can also identify participating heartland merchants and hawkers with the teal-coloured “CDC Voucher” decal displayed at shopfronts.
Similarly, you can also identify participating supermarkets with the yellow-coloured “CDC Supermarket Voucher” decal displayed at the supermarkets.
Am I able to use the CDC vouchers online?
The vouchers cannot be used for e-commerce or online transactions.
Any restricted items that the vouchers cannot be used for?
The vouchers cannot be used to purchase certain goods/services such as lottery, petrol, diesel, alcohol, or cigarettes.
Is there a maximum number of CDC Vouchers I can spend per purchase?
You can stack a maximum of 15 digital vouchers per QR code. In a single transaction, you may scan multiple QR codes.
Do I get my change back if the purchase (e.g. $8) is less than the amount of CDC Vouchers that I want to spend (e.g. $10)?
Similar to other vouchers like supermarket vouchers, merchants are unable to provide change for this case. However, you may use your CDC Vouchers, and top up the difference using cash.
For example, if the cost of item is $6.90:
Value of vouchers used (in $2, $5, and $10 denomination) | Unused amount / vlue |
|---|---|
$7.00 | Merchant is unable to provide the change |
$5.00 | Resident may top-up the difference of $1.90 using cash |
How do I find out how much value is left for my CDC vouchers?
You may access your voucher link found in the SMS sent by Gov.sg to find out the remaining balance of your CDC Vouchers. The value is shown on the respective tabs.
Previously the CDCs provided an option for residents to donate their CDC Vouchers 2025. Similarly, can I donate my 2026 vouchers for a good cause?
Similar to previous tranches, we will announce the details for donation at a later date. We encourage all households to claim and spend their CDC Vouchers.
